Internship Details

Three Mountains is offering 9-month internships in Content Development. Interns will be actively involved in daily activities and will receive training to become instructional designers. They will learn to develop engaging interactive e-learning content, including educational video production, and may also assist in face-to-face facilitation and online training sessions.

Requirements

Applicants should:

• Have a strong interest in training and development, particularly instructional design for e-learning and adult education.
• Enjoy writing and creative design, as much time will be devoted to developing training materials.
• Hold a bachelor’s degree (preferably in Education, Communication, Social Sciences, Design, or related fields).
• Be collaborative, open-minded, and willing to share ideas.
• Demonstrate curiosity, willingness to learn, and strong attention to detail.
• Be fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing). Knowledge of French, Kinyarwanda, and/or Swahili is an added advantage.
• Be comfortable with AI tools and proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Be available full-time for nine months.

• Monthly compensation of 162,000 RWF, plus lunch, coffee/tea, airtime allowance, and transport allowance.

Successful interns may be invited to join our network of freelance instructional designers after completing the program.

2. Motivation Letter (short and precise).
