ABROAD FULL FUNDED SCHOLARSHIP IN MARROC

 

KINGDOM OF MOROCCO – GOVERNMENT OF RWANDA SCHOLARSHIPS

The Higher Education Council (HEC) is pleased to inform the general public that the Kingdom of Morocco has offered scholarships to the Government of Rwanda at the bachelor’s degree level. These scholarships are available in the fields of Medical Studies, Engineering, Architecture, Agricultural Sciences, and Veterinary Sciences. Please note that all courses will be conducted in French.

Application Requirements
Interested candidates must submit the following documents:

·       A formal application letter addressed to the Director General of HEC, clearly indicating the preferred program of study

·       A copy of a valid ID or passport

·       One recent passport-size photo

·       Academic transcripts for the last two years of high school

·       A copy of the High School Diploma, result slip, or equivalent qualification

Important Notes

1.     Applicants must have obtained a Senior Six result slip or certificate with at least 80% (or equivalent in the 2025 National Examinations).

2.     Applications must be submitted online via: https://mis.hec.gov.rw/system-login.
