CALL FOR FINANCIAL SUPPORT – SEPTEMBER 2025 INTAKE

The Institute Catholique de Kabgayi (ICK), in partnership with CHANCEN International Rwanda, is pleased to announce a funded tuition opportunity for students in need of financial support.

Through the CHANCEN Income Share Agreement (ISA), your tuition fees will be covered during your studies. After graduation, you will be expected to repay a portion of your income once you begin earning—this is the “Study Now, Pay Later” scheme.

Eligible Programs

·       Bachelor in Rural and Urban Development

·       Bachelor in Environmental Management

·       Bachelor in Journalism

·       Bachelor in Public Relations

Eligibility Criteria

·       Must be a Rwandan citizen

·       Female applicants are encouraged (being female is an advantage)

·       Holders of the Advanced General Certificate of Secondary Education with:

·       A minimum average pass mark of 50% and above, qualifying for entry into higher education

·       For students who completed S6 before 2024: at least 2 Principal Passes are required

·       Students who studied abroad must present a certificate of equivalence

Required Application Documents

·       Notarized copy of Advanced General Certificate of Secondary Education

·       Results slip of A-Level national examination

·       Copy of National Identity Card

·       One recent colored passport photo

Application Process

Interested students who need financial support from CHANCEN International Rwanda must apply online at www.uck.ac.rw and upload all required documents.

    Deadline for application: September 06, 2025

           Important Notes

Admitted students will be required to sign the CHANCEN Income Share Agreement and attend an ISA Workshop with their guardians before the start of classes.

Only students granted CHANCEN’s financial support will be officially communicated by ICK and will begin their studies with the September 2025 intake.
