ADEPE Rwanda – Job Opportunities

       Open Positions

1. Project Officers (2 positions)
• Support planning, implementation, and monitoring of projects.
• Engage with communities, collect data, and provide progress reports.
• Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies, Social Sciences, or related field; at least 2 years of experience in project implementation.
2. Project Manager
• Lead overall project planning, execution, and evaluation.
• Supervise project officers and ensure timely delivery of outputs.
• Requirements: Master’s degree (preferred) or Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Development Studies, or related field; minimum 5 years’ experience in managing development projects. Strong leadership and communication skills.
3. Project Accountant
• Manage project finances, budgets, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and donor requirements.
• Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA is an advantage; minimum 3 years’ experience in financial management.
4. Enumerators (Gakenke: 19, Rusizi: 18)
• Conduct field data collection in assigned districts.
• Ensure accuracy and reliability of data.
• Requirements: Advanced Level Certificate or diploma in Statistics, Social Sciences, or related field; familiarity with data collection tools; residents of Gakenke or Rusizi are encouraged to apply.
5. Human Resources Officer
• Oversee HR processes including recruitment, staff welfare, and capacity development.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
• Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; minimum 3 years’ HR experience.
6. Logistics and Procurement Officer
• Manage procurement processes, contracts, and supply chain operations.
• Ensure transparency, accountability, and timely delivery of goods/services.
• Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Procurement, Supply Chain, or related field; at least 3 years’ relevant experience.
