The management
of the Kigali Excellent Tourism and Hospitality Academy (KETHA) is proud to
announce a transformative educational initiative in collaboration with CHANCEN
International. This partnership aims to empower Rwandan youth by providing
high-quality, market-relevant vocational training with a sustainable financial
model that removes the immediate burden of tuition fees.
Located in the
Kicukiro District (Niboye Sector, Gasharu Cell, near the Rwandex area), KETHA
has established itself as a premier institution for those seeking to excel in
the hospitality industry. Through the “Study Now, Pay Later” program, we are
opening doors for talented individuals who have the passion but may lack the
immediate funds to jumpstart their careers.
1. The Vision Behind the Program
In a rapidly
growing economy like Rwanda’s, the tourism and hospitality sectors serve as
vital pillars for national development. However, the gap between theoretical
knowledge and practical skill remains a challenge for many job seekers.
KETHA’s mission
is to bridge this gap. By partnering with CHANCEN International, we are
offering a specialized educational loan that covers your tuition. Under this
model, students can focus entirely on their studies and practical mastery
without financial stress. You only begin to repay the cost of your education
once you have completed the program and secured a job with a stable income.
This ensures that the academy is directly invested in your professional
success.
2. Vocational Programs Offered
Our curriculum is designed to meet the
rigorous demands of the modern labor market. We don't just teach; we prepare
you for the "floor." The following specialized tracks are available:

food preparation, kitchen management, and international cuisine.
Hospitality & Service: Learn the
nuances of high-end guest relations, housekeeping management, and front-desk
operations.

practical course on the preparation and creative mixing of beverages.
Barista Skills: Expert training in coffee
preparation, from understanding bean profiles to mastering latte arta
high-demand skill in Rwanda's thriving cafe culture.
The KETHA
Advantage: Beyond the classroom, KETHA guarantees internship placements for its
students. We leverage our wide network of industry partners to ensure that
every trainee gains real-world experience. Our commitment extends to job
placement assistance, guiding graduates until they are successfully integrated
into the workforce.
