LIST OF SCHOOL LEADERS ELIGIBLE TO SIT FOR THE EFFECTIVE SCHOOL LEADERSHIP TEST

September 2025

The Ministry of Education, in collaboration with the Rwanda Education Board (REB), hereby publishes the list of school leaders who are required to sit for the Effective School Leadership Test scheduled for September 2025.

This test is intended to assess the leadership and management competencies of headteachers and deputy headteachers, with the goal of strengthening accountability and improving the quality of education in schools.

Important Information for Candidates:

Documents Required: National ID / Passport and appointment letter.

Note: Only candidates whose names appear on the official list will be allowed to sit for the test.
