At around 21:00 hours, based on information provided by local residents, a motorcycle–vehicle (Rifani) was intercepted while transporting stolen food items belonging to the Head Teacher of EP Tamba / Zivu Cell, identified as Ngirumpatse Deogratias.

The Head Teacher fled the scene immediately. Security organs (Police, DASSO), together with local authorities, intervened after residents stopped the vehicle. The driver, identified as Wellars RIGIRIMFURA, was apprehended along with the stolen goods.

Recovered stolen items:

• Beans: 100 kg
• Cooking oil: 40 L
• Maize flour: 125 kg
