Job Responsibilities
- Guide
masons and manpower by providing technical expertise, ensuring compliance
with MINEDUC-approved drawings and standards.
- Report
weekly, and whenever required, on the progress of works at the district
level, with a copy to the Executive Secretary of the sector of assignment.
- Monitor
construction activities to ensure they respect MINEDUC norms and
standards.
- Manage
and safeguard all materials, tools, and equipment used to perform duties,
and prepare utilization reports at both District and Sector levels.
- Record
daily works completed and materials used in the site book.
- Uphold
ethical values and confidentiality during and after the contract period.
- Submit
daily progress updates via text message to the District School
Construction Engineer and/or the MINEDUC School Construction Field
Officer.
- Perform
all duties with the highest standards of professional and ethical
competence.
- Ensure
project activities comply with site-specific ESMP, Environmental and
Social Standards, and other safeguard requirements.
- Facilitate
the proper functioning of the grievance redress mechanism at the site
level.
